Polypropylene PP Sheet

Compared to PE, polypropylene offers increased stiffness, especially in the upper temperature range (up to +100°C). Among its key characteristics are high chemical resistance and favourable results in long-term testing when exposed to a range of media, even at high temperatures.

Properties

  • High chemical resistance Excellent in contact with many acids, alkalis and solvents
  • Excellent processability
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Extreme toughness
  • Superior stress crack resistance

Polypropylene Homopolymer (PP-H)

PP-H consists entirely of a combination Of propylene monomers and covers a temperature range from 0°C to +100°C.

Polypropylene Copolymer (PP-C)

PP-C features a chemical combination of propylene monomers and ethylene monomers, which increases the materials impact strength at low temperatures. PP-C Can be deployed in a temperature range from –20°C to +80°C
